Residential loft Wortegem-Petegem

For this project, it was important to emphasise and preserve the authentic elements. Thus, the old fireplaces of the former chicory factory remained visible in this building, as well as the old wall sections and roof trusses. This space was never occupied until previously, which makes it extra special. The floors and natural parts of the kitchen were treated with Oil Plus 2C in the colour Smoke 5%. The dark cabinets of the kitchen island were treated with Precolor Easy (a mix of the colours Mystic Brown & Clear) and Oil Plus 2C (Smoke 5%).
