What is a pre-treatment?

A pre-treatment is used to either change the original colour of the wood, or for a creative undertone before the wood is sealed with one of our Oils. Our pre-treatments include: Rubio Fumed & Smoke, Rubio Monocoat Pre-Aging, Rubio Monocoat Pre Color Easy etc.
