STEP 1. Vacuum the surface. Remove dust, sand, stones, …
STEP 2. Pour a maximum of 50 to 100 ml of Universal Soap into a bucket containing 10 litres of water.
STEP 3. Clean the surface with a mop or Microfiber Pad.
- Tip: The best working method is with two buckets: one with the soap mixture and one with clean water to rinse the dirt out of the mop.
STEP 4. Rinse with clean water. Careful: do not leave water on the surface, it is sufficient to clean damp.
STEP 5. Allow to dry for ± 15 minutes. Do not walk on the floor until it is completely dry.
- We recommend cleaning with Universal Soap or Surface Care no more than once a week. When cleaning too often or with too high a dosage of Universal Soap or Surface Care, a light layer can be left on the surface that will trap dust and dirt.
- This product can be used starting from 5 days after the oil has been applied.
- Although many stains can be removed with Universal Soap, Rubio Monocoat also developed a number of specific stain removers in case they don't disappear with the regular soap (e.g. stubborn lime stains, grease stains, black/tannic acid stains).
- The product can be stored for up to 24 months in dry conditions and in the original packaging. Once opened, limited shelf life.
- Store in a frost-free place.
Universal Soap is a maintenance soap for the regular cleaning of oiled surfaces. It removes all dirt and grease easily and thoroughly, without building up a layer. It also preserves the matte, natural look of the wood. Universal Soap is highly concentrated and therefore extremely low in consumption! In addition, the product contains 0% VOCs, harmful substances that are released when applying products. So in addition to being economical, the product is also ecological!
